The New User wizard appears when you launch Dragon after upgrading. Nuance Management Center/NMS mode enabled If you chose not to upgrade your profiles, you can upgrade them later by selecting Dragon>Dragon Tools>Upgrade User Profiles (Windows 7) or Dragon>Upgrade User Profiles (Windows 8.1 and 10) from the Windows Start menu. If you upgraded automatically, Dragon upgrades your user profiles the first time you open them after upgrading Dragon. Dragon cannot upgrade your existing version 12 user profile. If you upgraded manually from version 12, you must create a new user profile after upgrading.
